What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

If you are real estate agent with a brokerage office in GTA area and you are purchasing the item in “Realtor’s Shop” category, you can use the “Real Estate Brokerage Office drop off” shipping option.  The item will be shipped to your brokerage office for free.  Make sure your shipping address matches the office address on your printed item.

Otherwise, you will choose the “Ontario Shipping” option with the shipping charge applied.

I need business cards urgently. How soon can I get them?

Regular business card order takes 5 business days from ordering to delivery plus file preparation time unless you use our online designing tool or provide us with a print ready file.  We do have a rush option for business cards, Fast and Economic Business Cards – Next Day (Lot of 250pc).  It can be completed the next business day after placing the order (before 12pm) and it takes another business day to be delivered to your brokerage office.

What exactly happens after ordering?

If we have a print ready file when the order is placed, the production process starts.  The print files will to be sent to prepress department for output planning.  Because different jobs are printed together in batches, once your order is confirmed, we can’t cancel it as it will affect the whole production batch.  So please go over your file or proofs very carefully as there’s no chance to make changes once it’s submitted.
